We come to you from the Annual Violand Management Executive Summit from the Kent State University Campus in Canton Ohio.  In this episode that was a collaboration with C&R Magazine's Michelle Blevins, we spoke with Chuck Violand and Timothy Hull discussing the Summit, graduates, lessons learned and all of the exciting things to come. 

The Executive Summit consists of two days on concentrated coursework dedicated to different aspects of a business.  Each day is a class and if you attend all 8 of the classes, you graduate from both Violand Management and Kent State University. The day before the event was a networking event at the Courtyard by Marriott and the day after was the first introduction to Violands new Culture Forge Workshop.
